05 About me

Built by curiosity.
Shaped by responsibility.

My path into IT started with a genuine interest in technology and hardware. It grew into a career focused on making systems dependable for the people and businesses that rely on them.

01

Why IT

Where it started

I wanted to understand what makes technology work.

I chose IT because I have always enjoyed technology, computers, and the hands-on side of hardware. I like opening a device, understanding the problem, and turning it into something reliable and ready to use.

That curiosity became a professional mindset: a technical task is not complete when the installation ends. It is complete when the user can begin working with confidence.

The progression

From fixing devices to owning the environment.

ElBaraka Trading Company

This was where curiosity became daily responsibility. I diagnosed hardware and software issues, supported users, protected devices, and learned that reliable IT begins with careful preparation and clear communication.

Every device had to be more than repaired—it had to be ready for someone’s working day.

IT Specialist

Telecom Egypt → Trend VFX

Network support at Telecom Egypt strengthened my troubleshooting and communication. Moving into Trend VFX then expanded my scope into Windows Server, domains, DNS, DHCP, production workstations, render infrastructure, technical tickets, and secure data handling.

I moved from resolving individual issues to understanding how connected systems support an entire production workflow.

IT Systems Administrator

Vanilla Studio

Today, I support the complete technology environment behind a production-focused studio. My work spans users, workstations, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, firewall administration, IT assets, and render operations.

The responsibility is wider now: keep the environment secure, stable, and ready before a problem interrupts the team.

02 A project I’m proud of

An office moved.
Every device ready.

During a company relocation, I was responsible for the technology move from the existing office to the new location. I prepared and moved the equipment, rebuilt every workstation, checked the new environment, and tested the devices after installation.

The result was a fully prepared workplace where the equipment was installed correctly and operating efficiently. The project reflected the way I approach IT: understand the full responsibility, work carefully, and verify the outcome before handing it over.

What comes next

The next chapter

From managing systems to building them.

My next goal is to deepen my Linux knowledge and strengthen my server administration skills—from maintaining an existing environment to planning, creating, configuring, and operating servers from the ground up.

In the long term, I want to build an IT services company that helps businesses install and relocate equipment, configure devices, deploy software, test systems, and deliver complete workstations that are ready for employees to use.

The story continues

Ready for greater responsibility.

I’m looking for the next environment where I can keep learning, take ownership, and make technology more dependable.
